Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People Success department. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, with a proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent. The Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding new hires.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates
  • Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment agencies
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms
