The Senior Talent Acquisition Program Manager will own the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. They will be responsible for the development of innovative programs and processes to help support and drive solutions in support of internal stakeholders, along with Talent Acquisition Partners and Leaders.

Responsibilities

In this role you will:

• Help to build and manage global Talent Acquisition programs ranging from our Global ATS, Recruiter enablement, reporting and analytics
• Assist in defining and documenting recruiting processes, creating workflows and establishing standard operating procedures
• Partner with TA Partners and HR operations team to align on business and systems processes
• Act as point of contact for compliance and audit related initiatives
• These include quarterly hiring audits, weekly recruiting audits for upcoming hires, and system based audits within our ATS, background check system, and onboarding system.
• Partner closely with US based TA Program Managers for consistency and alignment
• Proactively review current processes and tools to increase productivity and drive innovation.
• Be the subject matter expert to respond to Jira/ServiceNow tickets for recruiting tasks
• Be the subject matter expert for in region offer letters and onboarding documentation
• Share expertise from in region best practices that can be expanded in all regions and educate TA program managers on those
  

Qualifications

Your Background:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Program Management
• iCIMS ATS experience required
• ServiceNow experience highly preferred
• Experience with Smartsheet preferred or other program management tools
• Experience implementing new recruiting tech
• Strong project management skills
• Proven ability to partner with and manage stakeholders, both within Talent Acquisition and across the business
• Have a passion for continual learning, working through the challenges of an ambiguous, dynamic environment and rapidly change responsibilities with a curious mindset and “get-the-job-done” mentality
• Strong written and verbal communication, highly organized with a focus on delivering business results
• Experience working for a US headquartered company with a global footprint
• Ability to travel to other regional headquarters as needed
