Sr. Specialist - Corporate Communications (Content)

We are looking for a competent content writer to join the Corporate Communications team, based out of our Bengaluru, Gurugram, or Hyderabad office in India. The content writer will primarily be responsible for composing and editing business/executive content for Human Capital leadership and teams. The role would also entail collaborating with various team members across functions and efficiently manage multiple projects and timelines.

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY-TO-DAY:

You will compose and edit business and executive content, including strategic proposals, business vision documents, review reports, and key takeaways and action points from executive meetings. You will develop, edit, and proofread content for the firm’s internal and external communications platforms. Periodically, you will audit human capital (HC) content on internal and external platforms for factual accuracy and overall content quality. You will draft and edit HC-specific content, including but not limited to process documents; policies, guidelines, and benefits collateral; employee pre-onboarding and onboarding materials; and FAQs. You will ensure all HC content aligns with the firm’s branding and communications guidelines and adheres to writing best practices, ensuring overall consistency in the usage of tone, style, fonts, and images. Additionally, you will collaborate with team members across HC and work closely with the Chief of Staff (CoS) to continually build business context and deliver on the writing needs. Additionally, you will work with various functions across the firm to gather information and insights for content creation.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

Basic qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in business administration (or mass communication/English)
• 4 to 6 years of experience in business content writing or academic writing roles
• Excellent communication, multi-stakeholder management, and project management skills
• A proven ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving aptitude

Preferred qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in mass communications/English
