Key Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Proficient in C#.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end customization.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Experience in integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems via APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and cloud solutions (preferred).
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- MCSA Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Operations certification (preferred).
- Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM using web tools and JavaScript.
- Develop and deploy custom plugins and extensions using C#.NET.
- Design integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party systems using APIs and tools like CDS / Dual-write.
- Translate complex business needs into technical specifications and scalable solutions.
- Ensure solution quality through thorough testing, debugging, and peer code reviews.
- Contribute to ongoing improvement of development practices and documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 capabilities and updates.
