Job Summary

As a Sr. Software Engineer B2 you will play a crucial role in designing developing and maintaining software solutions that align with our business objectives. You will leverage your expertise in SQL Server C# SQL Angular JS Azure Javascript and .Net Framework to deliver high-quality software. Working in a hybrid model you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software applications using SQL Server C# SQL Angular JS Azure Javascript and .Net Framework to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and efficient software solutions.
• Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues to maintain system reliability.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster a collaborative team environment.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development practices.
• Contribute to the development of technical documentation to support software solutions.
• Optimize application performance and scalability to enhance user experience.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Implement best practices for software development to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure software quality and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate proficiency in SQL Server C# SQL Angular JS Azure Javascript and .Net Framework.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
• Possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Show experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus.
• Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in software development with a focus on the specified technologies.
• Display a strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a hybrid work model and adapt to changing project requirements.
  
  

Certifications Required

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or equivalent certification.
