Working in a hybrid model you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software applications using SQL Server C# SQL Angular JS Azure Javascript and .Net Framework to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and efficient software solutions.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues to maintain system reliability.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster a collaborative team environment.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve software development practices.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation to support software solutions.
- Optimize application performance and scalability to enhance user experience.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement best practices for software development to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Collaborate with the QA team to ensure software quality and compliance with standards.
- Drive innovation by proposing new technologies and methodologies to improve software development processes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in SQL Server C# SQL Angular JS Azure Javascript and .Net Framework.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Possess excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Show experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus.
- Have a minimum of 6 years of experience in software development with a focus on the specified technologies.
- Display a strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a hybrid work model and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or equivalent certification.
