Job Summary
Key Responsibilities: ¿ Develop and maintain microservices using Java Spring Boot. ¿ Deploy and manage applications using Azure Kubernetes Services. ¿ Collaborate with the team to design and implement software solutions. ¿ Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. ¿ Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure high quality code. ¿ Assist in the deployment and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines. ¿ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise. ¿ Follow SDLC and Agile methodologies throughout the development process. ¿ Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly in finance or insurance environments. Qualifications: ¿ 3+ years of hands on experience in Java Spring Boot development. ¿ Strong understanding of Azure Kubernetes Services and CI/CD practices. ¿ Experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases (Cosmos/Mongo). ¿ Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence for project management and collaboration. ¿ Good problem solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues. ¿ Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies. ¿ Proficiency in Japanese (N1 or N2 level). ¿ Experience in the life insurance domain is an added advantage. Skills: ¿ Proficiency in Java Spring Boot, Azure Kubernetes Services, and CI/CD. ¿ Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. ¿ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ¿ Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. ¿ Strong leadership and team management skills (for Manager role). Education: ¿ Bachelor¿s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
