- Do not apply if your background is in Service/Calibration Engineering or Project Management. This position is exclusively for those with experience in Technical Sales.
- Manage sales of process control instrumentation products such as sensors, transmitters, flow meters, thermocouples, temperature gauges, level switches, field instruments, pressure gauges, and BMS systems.
- Create new accounts and maintain relationships with customers.
- Engage with a variety of clients, including consultants, contractors, and end customers.
- Conduct Client Visits for Pressure Instruments, Temperature Instruments, Level Instruments, HVAC/BMS Sensors, Air Quality Sensors, and Water Quality Sensors to understand their needs.
- Prepare quotations tailored to client requirements.
- Ensure a smooth transition for new clients from initial contact to becoming a regular customer.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure loyalty and maximize opportunities.
- Regularly follow up with clients to understand their changing needs.
- Use effective negotiation strategies to reach beneficial agreements with clients.
- Close deals in a way that aligns with Omicron's business goals and ensures customer satisfaction.
- Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in a field sales role, preferably in the sensing equipment industry.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work remotely with 100% field sales responsibilities.
- Knowledge of the technical aspects of sensing equipment is an advantage.
- Develop strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
