Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. RPA Engineer located in Ahmedabad. The Sr. RPA Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. They will analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and develop RPA solutions using relevant tools and technologies. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting, and ensuring the scalability and efficiency of RPA solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy RPA bots using UiPath
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze automation requirements
• Build reusable automation components and workflows for scalability and performance
• Troubleshoot, test and optimize automation workflows for error-free execution
• Document technical designs, processes and bot deployments
• Ensure efficient integration of RPA solutions with business systems and processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+years of hands-on experience in RPA development, primarily with UiPath
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computers or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Proficiency in C#, VBScript, .NET (any one at least)
• Strong knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator, REFramework, and other UiPath components
• Understanding of RPA architecture, queue management, and exception handling
• Experience with APIs, SQL, and system integration
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to document technical solutions clearly
• Knowledge of JIRA for task tracking and project management
• Proficiency with GitHub, TFS or any other tool for version control and collaboration

Good To Have:

• Exposure to the healthcare domain (but not necessary)
• Experience with other RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism or Power Automate) is a plus
• Exposure to Agentic AI, Gen AI, Action Center and Document Understanding
• UiPath Certifications (Developer/Advanced Developer) Paid One
• Knowledge of AI/ML integration for automation
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
