Armakuni is looking to hire an excellent recruitment and talent acquisition executive to contribute to the next phase of growth of the company.
Role And Responsibilities
Role And Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels. Mainly through the Naukri platform and Linkedin.
- Do targeted headhunting for selected profiles through Linkedin and Emails
- Engage with the developer community on Linkedin
- Screen candidates with a comprehensive questionnaire
- Process candidates by following a strictly defined recruitment process.
- Coordinate with the recruitment manager and interviewer to speed up candidate processing.
- At least 4 years of experience in recruitment with a minimum of 2 year in hiring developer positions.
- Very good understanding of different developer profiles related to web, mobile, and cloud development.
- Ability to understand the various background and environments a candidate comes from.
- Excellent effective communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to work as an individual contributor and a team player at the same time.
- Excellent work culture promoting flat hierarchy, openness, and a healthy work-life.
