About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team at Algoleap. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, focusing on sourcing and attracting top talent across various IT disciplines, with a strong emphasis on emerging technologies like AI/ML.
Key Responsibilities
Full-cycle recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and onboard top-tier candidates for IT roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Cloud Architects, DevOps Engineers).
Employer Branding: Develop and implement strategies to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent.
Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking) to identify and engage qualified candidates.
Screening: Conduct in-depth interviews, review resumes and applications, and assess candidate qualifications.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process, including pre-employment checks, offer letters, and new hire orientation.
Data Analysis: Track key metrics, analyze recruitment data, and identify areas for improvement.
Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies (AI/ML, Cloud Computing, etc.), and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications
5-8 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment within the IT industry.
Proven experience sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles.
Strong understanding of the IT landscape and emerging technologies (AI/ML, Cloud Computing).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Zoho Recruit and Fieldglass.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
