Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure software quality.
- Utilize Java and Selenium to automate test scripts and improve testing efficiency.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.
- Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure software stability.
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Monitor and track software defects and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior quality engineers.
- Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Perform root cause analysis on defects and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Possess strong experience in Java and Selenium for test automation.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Have experience in Program Management is a nice to have.
- Show proficiency in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
- Display a keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
