Job Summary

As a Sr. Quality Engineer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of software quality and performance. You will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining test frameworks and strategies. Your expertise in Software Development Engineering Test Development and Java will be essential in driving quality improvements and ensuring seamless integration within our hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure software quality and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Implement automated testing frameworks using Java to streamline testing processes.
  • Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve software quality.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify defects and areas for improvement.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members in test development.
  • Oversee the integration of testing tools and methodologies within the development process.
  • Monitor and report on software quality metrics to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with program management teams to align testing objectives with project goals.
  • Utilize domain knowledge in program management to optimize testing strategies.
  • Ensure seamless integration of testing processes within the hybrid work model. Qualifications
  • Possess strong expertise in Software Development Engineering Test Development and Java.
  • Demonstrate experience in developing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
  • Exhibit proficiency in analyzing test results and providing actionable insights.
  • Have a solid understanding of quality standards and best practices in software development.
  • Show capability in collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
  • Display knowledge of program management principles to optimize testing strategies.
  • Hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field with relevant industry experience.
