What You'll Do
As our Senior Quality Analyst, you will be instrumental in the development, and ongoing maintenance of a robust quality framework. You will work with Business Management to ensure that quality standards are upheld across various teams.
On a daily basis, you will create and maintain quality documentation, implementing quality checks, and identifying areas for business, product, and performance improvements. You will work with the Insights Team and Quality Coordinator to define appropriate sample sizes and benchmarks for quality checking. You will also design and maintain quality dashboards through Power BI, enabling visibility into progress and performance. You will promote adherence to company policies, documenting non-conformances, and providing recommendations for corrective and preventative actions to reduce inefficiencies and operational errors.
Additionally, you will support and coordinate the introduction of additional quality management practices beyond key operational processes and provide guidance to other team members on proposed actions. You will also presenting findings and updates to various stakeholders across the business. You will be working in a hybrid setup and will report to the Manager, Quality Analyst.

What You'll Need to be Successful
- A minimum of 5 years of related quality experience with a Bachelor's degree.
- The ability to solving complex problems, being an individual contributor role.
- Customer success, simplicity, and enhancing customer experience.
- Analytical, Logical and communication skills, with the ability to interpret and evaluate data.
- Demonstrated judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Proven experience with quality and management tools such as Qualtrics, Smartsheet, Salesforce, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
