Key job responsibilities
This role will be responsible for working across multiple cross functional teams to deeply understand the customer and technical needs across a multi-dimensional landscape in order to develop, and deliver, a multi-year roadmap and strategy. A successful candidate for this role will have technical expertise, exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) across different audiences (e.g. development teams, user experience, senior leadership), and a willingness to dive into the details and wade through ambiguity to form a cohesive product strategy. The candidate will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a dynamic business environment. This will be a high visibility role, meaning that the optimal candidate will be comfortable driving critical business decisions in fast paced and often ambiguous environment.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
