Amazon Pharmacy is looking for an experienced product manager with expertise and passion to imagine, build and manage an innovative product. You will have full ownership and responsibility through the full product lifecycle from customer feedback and research, product strategy, requirements development, roadmap prioritization, development, measurement of adoption, metrics and iteration.

This role will require strong leadership skills and interaction/influence with teams across Amazon to drive the development of our product. The ideal candidate will be curious, have strong attention to detail, be motivated/energized by a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, be comfortable thinking big while also diving deep, will have high judgement and comfort managing senior stakeholders.

Key job responsibilities

Responsibilities Include

  • Set product strategy and vision
  • Define product requirements; Write product development briefs to outline requirements
  • Work with development teams to deliver product to the market
  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support load
  • Partner closely with Business Leader, Customer Service, Operational, Legal, Compliance and Finance teams to ensure alignment with product goals
  • Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
  • Work to constantly improve our product; Continually improve the customer experience throughout the entire customer journey

Basic Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
  • Master's degree or equivalent
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Experience owning technology products
  • Knowledge of key customer experience metrics and methodology (e.g., NPS)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
