Your Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Skilled in developing and implementing business development strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence in the industrial and renewable energy sectors.
- Market Research & Analysis: Proficient in conducting market research, analyzing industry trends, and identifying potential business opportunities in the freight forwarding industry.
- Client Relationship Management: Expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their logistics needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Sales & Negotiation: Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales targets in a competitive market.
- Project Management: Experienced in managing complex logistics projects, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Renewable Energy Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the renewable energy sector, including wind, solar, and hydropower, with a focus on logistics solutions for project cargo and heavy lift operations.
- Industrial Sector Focus: Extensive experience in providing logistics solutions for the industrial sector, including machinery, equipment, and raw materials transportation.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Sustainability & Compliance: Committed to promoting sustainable practices in logistics and ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Over 10 years of experience in Freight Forwarding Company/Shipping Line.
- Spearheaded business development initiatives in the industrial and renewable energy sectors, leading to a 15 to 20% increase in revenue.
- Developed and executed strategic sales plans targeting key clients in the renewable energy industry, resulting in minimum 4 new contracts.
- Managed end-to-end logistics operations for large-scale renewable energy projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Built and maintained strong relationships with key industry players, including manufacturers, suppliers, and project developers.
- Collaborated with internal teams to develop tailored logistics solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
