Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Functional Architect with 15 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP SD - Brazil & LATAM SAP Standard Order to Cash and domain experience in Medical Devices and iRCAS. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of business processes and technical skills to drive impactful solutions. The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP SD solutions for Brazil and LATAM regions.
• Oversee the end-to-end Order to Cash processes ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Provide expert guidance on SAP Standard Order to Cash functionalities and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed functional specifications for SAP SD modules.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the Medical Devices sector.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Provide training and support to end-users ensuring effective utilization of SAP SD solutions.
• Identify and resolve system issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary optimizations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP SD developments and industry trends.

• Possess a deep understanding of SAP SD
• Brazil & LATAM functionalities.
• Demonstrate expertise in SAP Standard Order to Cash processes.
• Have extensive experience in the Medical Devices domain.
