Prevention of health hazards, accidents, and incidents of injury is a key element of our company’s sustainable strategy and an integral part of our business processes. Health & Safety and the successful management of Risks play an essential role in protecting our employees and assets and thereby contribute to strengthening Siemens’ competitiveness. We therefore develop central programs and processes that are applied locally and adapted to the respective business needs. Health & Safety management is an integral element of our Business Conduct Guidelines, our internal control & monitoring systems, and our risk management. As an Environmental protection professional, you'll ensure that an organization is operating in accordance with environmental guidelines and goals. Your role will involve examining Environmental Protection (EP) / Environmental, Social, & Governance (ESG) activities to determine where improvements can be made and ensuring compliance with environmental legislation and to Siemens Energy India Limited EP program across the organization. You'll also create, implement, and monitor EP / ESG strategies to promote sustainable development. Your wide remit means you'll review the whole operations, environmental data assessments, identifying and resolving environmental problems and ensuring necessary changes are implemented.
This position will report to Siemens Energy India Limited Country EHS Head.

You have a degree in engineering and/ or Diploma in Engineering and Advance Diploma in Industrial safety Engineering. NEBOSH IGC.
