Roles And Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Lead a team of employees focused across the digital operations space to include infrastructure, end user support, network, etc.

In This Role, You Will

  • Lead a team of employees working in a dev ops model to deliver 24x7 build and run support for all supported sites. This includes support of the site networks, WAN backbone, and on-prem datacenter LAN deployments.
  • Implement LEAN within the team, including visual management, daily / weekly operating reviews, and standard work.
  • Manage global IT assets including software licenses and hardware full lifecycle management.
  • Proactively work with our customers to identify their needs and drive improvements to bring the value that they need.
  • Manage the 24x7 vendor and ensure quality metrics are met.
  • Partner with network architecture to ensure that future designs meet operational needs and are supportable solutions.
  • Partner with the tools and automation team to help drive the roadmap of deliverables for the network operations team to continually improve support / capabilities.
  • Develop and manage adherence to departmental Change Management and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Define, develop, maintain, and test Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all operational processes.
  • Participate in budgeting process and manage IT Infrastructure related projects and investments.
  • Identify and respond to professional growth needs for all team members and ensure they have the proper training to execute team deliverables.
  • Foster a work culture at all levels that is positive, collaborative, respectful, innovative, dynamic, with high integrity, and capable of driving positive change over sustained periods of time.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR associate degree with minimum of 8 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 10 years of professional experience
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience leading Network Operations build and run teams
  • Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience

  • Hands-on experience in 24x7x365 technical operations
  • Experienced in performance, availability, and operations of network infrastructure
  • Demonstrated understanding of LEAN / FLIGHT DECK principles.

US Based Roles

The base pay range for this position is $127,900 - $213,200. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan. This posting is expected to close on October 10, 2024.
