Job Responsibilities :

Propose, design and implement solutions for the control and mitigation of HSE risks for people and installations in order to drive risk management, technical safety and environmental aspects to successful conclusions across all aspects of the Project Entity. Lead implementation, monitoring and improvement of Operating Management System.

• To support Project team on Loss prevention and safety in upcoming projects.
• Prepare and update project specific HSE plan during all stages of the project. Support Project team during FEED, conceptual and Detailed Engineering on safety inherent in design, HSE, risk and Fire Safety.
• Prepare the SIMOPS document for all activities during the project phase.
• Planning and conduct of HSE audits and inspections in the project.
• Compilation and publication of Project Entity HSE Performance Report.
• Development and implementation of HSE procedures and practices during project execution.
• HSE awareness programmes at the sites. Collection of information for compliance reports.
• Conduct of Risk Assessment Studies for projects.
• Participate in PSSR activities during start up and commissioning.
• Review of contractor HSE performance.
• Coordinate and conduct HAZID, HAZOP, Bow ties analysis, LOPA, HEMP, QRA etc. for various phases of the project.
  
  
  

Lead implementation, monitoring and improvement of Operating Management System.

Education Requirement :

• Engineering Degree from an accredited University. (Petroleum/ Mechanical/Civil Engineering preferred) or equivalent professional qualification in HSEF.
  
  
  

Experience Requirement :

• Minimum 12~15 years# experience in upstream oil & gas business
  
  
  

Skills & Competencies :

• At least 3 years E&P projects experience with an Operating Company and 4 - 5 years# operating under stringent safety, environmental and regulatory practices
• Understanding of HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, HITRA, QRA and other risk management tools and techniques
• Working knowledge on offshore construction/installation/operation/HSE management.
• Exposure to OMS implementation
