About The Role
The role will involve business generation of textures + paints + white cement business in Noida through the architect and Interior Designer channel. You will be responsible to developing relationships,
maintaining the site leads funnel and converting sites by pitching the right product
Job Description/Role
Business objectives:
Delivering the sales targets and other business KPIs defined by the management
Fostering relationships with key architects and interior designers to generate sales leads for
textures and paints business
Actively engaging with cross-functional stakeholders to enable flow of market research,
intelligence, and drive HO initiatives
Identifying new Architects and Interior designers and expanding the working customer master list
Preparing and delivering specifications packages and presentations for architects, Interior
designers and other stakeholders like contractors, govt. bodies as per the business requirement
Coordinating with internal R&D, marketing to tailor products as per client needs
Coordinating with the field sales team, communicating client requirements, needs and providing need based on-field assistance Market Intelligence:
Research and evaluate new product opportunities/product development
Keep a track of competition activities and relay the same timely
Requirements
Educational Qualification:
Undergraduate degree in Design/Architecture.
An MBA degree is preferable.
