Responsibilities
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead the finance function for the APAC Region of Honeywell Connected Industrials “HCI”.
- Partner with the regional general manager to drive orders and revenue management for the APAC region
- Ensure that all financial activities adhere to local and international regulations and standards
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making processes
- Implement cost control measures across the organization to drive efficiency and reduce unnecessary expenditures
- Drive financial acumen and accountability across the region for the HCI business
- Drive key performance measures
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 8+ years finance experience
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Experience working in a matrix organization
- Strong and effective oral and written communication skills
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively with the business as a team member
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvement
