POSITION DESCRIPTION – LIEBHERR TRANSPORTATION COORDINATOR

BASIC FUNCTION

Support the track & trace, shipment issue resolution, and import operations execution for Liebherr North American import transportation shipments

Specific Responsibilities

• North America Imports
• Shipment Track & Trace
• Track and Trace through 3rd party TMS as well as GPS tracking device system
• Lead daily shipment status checkin calls
• Monitor customs compliance rules and regulations to prevent shipment delays
• Manage shipment tracking file at the SKU level, capturing updates and holding accountable new information from the appropriate teams
• Hold accountable transportation carriers, customs brokers, & booking agents to required duties
• Shipment Issue Resolution
• Flagging and resolving shipment delays
• Escalating to necessary leadership & teams operational issues
• Mitigation of shipment delays as issues arise
• Continuous Improvement
• Root cause transportation process flow to identify areas for continuous improvement
• Identify process gaps needing root cause analysis
• Monitor & create shipping KPIs to track shipping performance and risk
• Shipment Documentation
• Ensure all transport and customs documentation is properly completed and filed

• Brest France Domestic Inbound
• Shipment Track & Trace
• Track and Trace through 3rd party TMS as well as GPS tracking device system
