Responsibilities

Inventory Check and Management:

Processing & Ordering Material only after adjusting from Slow/Non-Moving Inventory.

Raising Jeopardy in case of non-consumption of material within stipulated time.

Vendor Delivery Management

Close Co-Ordination with Vendors for the deliveries right from PO till Warehouse/Site Delivery as per the schedule.

Delivery governance to be maintained with Vendor for timely & real time update.

Keeping a Track on In-transit Material till delivery at Warehouse/Site.

In case of delays, Escalation Management to be followed and Flagged Off to respective team members

Stakeholder Engagement

Close Co-ordination with Internal Stakeholder during planning & delivery of the material as per required date.

Engaging with Cross Functional Team for Issue Resolution related to Site Delivery Confirmation & Reception/GRN Issues.

MIS (Weekly & Monthly) & Automation

Maintain Weekly MIS for the Stakeholder giving status of their requirements.

Maintain Monthly Reports to measure the performance& KPIs

Explore to work on Automating/Simplification of operational work.
