Order & Purchase Management (ERP)
- Accurate booking of Sales Orders (SO) and Purchase Orders (PO) in ERP.
- Validation of entries with supporting documents (customer PO, vendor confirmations).
- Timely coordination with marketplace partners (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) for orders.
- Scheduling and monitoring full-truck-load (FTL) deliveries with logistics partners.
- Daily submission of sales records to finance.
- Monthly submission of purchase, sales, and logistics data in reconciled format.
- Maintain updated Excel trackers for orders, deliveries, and settlements.
- Ensure accuracy of data submitted for audits and MIS.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and order documentation for internal tracking.
