Purpose of the position:- The Sr HR Executive is responsible for handling various HR functions, including documentation, time office management, statutory compliance, Facility management, Office Administration, Travel Desk management, MIS reporting, and training & development, organising events and arrange engagement activities and R&R events. The role ensures that all HR operations align with company policies, legal regulations, and industry best practices.

Skills and Qualification required: - Graduate with 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience, HR Generalist profile. Must have good verbal and written communication skills & working knowledge of MS. Office.

Specific experience Relevant experience as a HR Executive / HR Assistant is a must in Generalist profile.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Manage recruitment, screening, and hiring for Ahmedabad.
  • Oversee onboarding, documentation, induction, and IT asset allocation.
  • Employee Engagement & Recognition
  • Plan and execute engagement activities, festival celebrations, and gifting.
  • Implement the Rewards & Recognition program.
  • Learning & Development
  • Execute the annual training calendar, coordinate trainings, and analyze feedback.
  • Performance Management & Employee Relations
  • Support PMS activities and address employee grievances.
  • Exit Formalities
  • Manage resignation processes, exit interviews, and final clearance coordination.
  • HRMS & MIS Management
  • Maintain employee records, leave management, and generate HR reports.
  • Guide employees on HRMS usage and ensure timely updates.
  • Office Administration & Vendor Management
  • Oversee housekeeping, inventory, security, and office supplies.
  • Manage vendor coordination, compliance, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Travel & Logistics
  • Handle flight, train, and hotel bookings, and ensure timely payments.
  • Miscellaneous
  • Post employee milestones on digital platforms.
  • Provide administrative support to HR leadership.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of HR documentation and compliance.
  • Proficiency in payroll processing and HR software (Keka).
  • Familiarity with labor laws, statutory compliance, and employee benefits.
  • Excellent record-keeping and organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and employee grievance-handling abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple HR tasks efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in HR functions, payroll, and compliance.
  • Experience with HRMS software (Keka) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance is a plus.
