Logistics Coordination
- Plan, schedule, and execute material dispatches to various project sites.
- Coordinate with transporters and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Verify DCs (Delivery Challans), GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), and logistics documentation.
- Ensure availability of materials, tools, and equipment as per site requirements.
- Coordinate with site engineers and warehouse team for real-time stock updates.
- Monitor and report site inventory levels, material usage, and requirements
- Liaise with vendors for dispatch-related issues and delays.
- Lead site support staff and ensure discipline and task allocation.
- Conduct periodic meetings with cross-functional teams for operational updates.
- Submit daily/weekly reports of material dispatch and site stock status.
- Maintain proper documentation and share it with the concerned departments.
- Use ERP/Salesforce/SAP systems for updating logistics and site data (as applicable).
