Job Title: Sr. Executive - Printing Department

Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Executive to join our Printing Department. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the printing industry. The Sr. Executive will be responsible for overseeing the printing operations, ensuring quality control, and managing a team of printing professionals. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the printing department, ensuring smooth workflow and meeting production targets.
• Manage a team of printing professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Ensure quality control standards are met throughout the printing process, from pre-press to finishing.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as design and production, to ensure timely delivery of printed materials.
• Monitor and maintain printing equipment, coordinating repairs and maintenance as necessary.
• Stay updated with the latest printing technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for process improvements.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Manage inventory of printing supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
• Prepare reports on printing activities, including production volumes, quality metrics, and cost analysis.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Printing Technology or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a printing department, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of printing processes, equipment, and materials.
• Proficient in using printing software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite and RIP software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
