Roles & Responsibilities
Planning & Organizing, Communication & Interpersonal skills, Result Orientation, Flexibility, negotiation skills
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS-Project, MS-Office (especially MS Excel) mandatory
Experience & Educational Qualifications
- Preparation of monthly contract calender
- CSQ and rate analysis to be done for workorders
- Drafting of the Work Order with the Technical Terms & Conditions.
- Making amendments in the workorder as required
- Assisting the billing engineer in reconciliation reports
- Workorder preparation
- Preparing database of various contractors types according to the requirements of the industry, tender documents & purchase orders.
- Understanding all the documents viz. General conditions, special conditions, statutory compliances.
- Prepare Responses to Queries Raised By The Contractor, And Developing And Managing A System For Expediting Responses To Letters Raised By Contractors.
- Examine Tenders/Proposals for potential conflicts of interest in bid documents and contracts along with Technical Details.
- Ensure Compliance with Contracts Procedures and Support Project Execution Procedures
- Responsible For Internal Reporting of All Commercial and Contractual Issues
