Job Overview

Were seeking a Senior E-Commerce Manager to own and optimize our entire presence across major e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and others. You will lead everything from product listing to managing logistics, ensuring we provide the best customer experience, while maximizing sales and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketplace Ownership:
• Take full charge of our operations on Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth end-to-end management.
• Product Listings:
• Ensure all products are accurately listed with optimized content, attractive imagery, and the right keywords for higher visibility.
• Pricing & Promotions:
• Analyze pricing strategies and manage offers, coupons, and discounts to remain competitive in the market.
• Inventory & Warehouse Management:
• Ensure product availability across all warehouses and monitor stock levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Logistics & Supply Chain:
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery and manage reverse logistics, if necessary.
• Review & Rating Management:
• Actively monitor and manage customer reviews, ratings, and feedback to enhance brand reputation.
• Campaign Management:
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales campaigns and optimize conversions.
• Fill Rate Monitoring:
• Continuously track and analyze fill rates, ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled on time and efficiently.
• Customer Experience:
• Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by monitoring service levels, response times, and complaint resolutions.
• Data & Insights:
• Leverage data to make informed decisions on product performance, marketplace trends, and new opportunities.
• Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience (3+ years) in e-commerce operations, specifically managing marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart.
• Strong knowledge of marketplace tools, logistics, supply chain management, and product listings.
• Ability to analyze sales data, inventory levels, and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in pricing strategies, campaign management, and customer experience enhancement.
• Familiarity with e-commerce algorithms, SEO, and content optimization for listings.
• Age range: 30-40 years, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
