- Solution Design: - Designing the solution for developing the business of Security. Ensure optimum design, product positioning and successful costing.
- Lead the process of Strategy Formulation, Planning & Forecasting and Identifying market opportunities, developing business cases and delivering a successful Security Services.
- Devising effective strategy with a view to achieve profitability of the organization. Preparation & validation of various business plans, business cases for expansion.
- Review processes, suggest improvements and Lead / Participate / Drive standardization & automation projects for process improvements/ efficiency.
- Key Account Management: Understanding requirements of all key accounts and mapping them successfully managing customer centric operations and ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms; Identifying improvement areas & implementing measures to maximize customer satisfaction levels.
- Business Development: Identifying potential markets; developing potential clients in the targeted markets.
- Built business intelligence capability through developing strong relationships & market research – industry growth, market trends, key business drivers, competitor profiling, customer strategies & forward movements, operational metrics, etc.
- Managing marketing operations for achieving increased growth & top-line profitability; establishing global linkages as well as initiating market development efforts.
- Sales Reporting: Close tracking and reporting system to improve availability and accuracy of sales data of the company to the management
- Involvement in the Sales process for all new business opportunities and facilitating Client Relationship Management (CRM) enhancing client dealings
