Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Sr. Billing Engineer to join our team at DCS Group. As a Sr. Billing Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing billing processes, reviewing invoices, coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring accurate billing for our projects. This is a full-time position based in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Qualifications And Skills

• 7 to 10 years of experience as a Billing Engineer or a similar role in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of billing processes and principles
• Experience with quantity surveying and quantities verification
• Familiarity with railway projects and related billing requirements
• Proficiency in using billing software and tools
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Oversee the billing process for our projects, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Review invoices and payment milestones to ensure compliance with project contracts
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and other internal teams to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues
• Perform quantity surveying and verification to ensure accurate billing calculations
• Manage billing documentation and maintain records for auditing purposes
• Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile billing and resolve any related financial queries
• Stay updated with industry best practices and regulations related to billing processes
• Provide guidance and support to junior billing engineers
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline billing operations
