Job Description Job Responsibilities
Generatethe leads and send an initial mail to the client in offering our Software service.
He will be doing initial level of email campaigns and cold calling with the client to make sure if the client has any software/project requirements.
He will be consistently following up (through calls and emails) with the client to arrange a conference call with the technical team.
He will send the conference call consolidation to the client and make sure that the client and our company is in the same page in required understanding.
He will work with the client in executing the contract.
Job Requirement
Should have 2 to 3 years of experience in Lead generation, cold calling to US clients, email campaigns, rate negotiations
Should have understanding on Software technologies. UG degree with a technical background will be must for this role.
Should be strong in composing emails &handling US client calls.
Should possess excellent communication skills to build rapport with potential clients.
Be a self-starter who can set and execute goals
Ability to influence and persuade team members to achieve desired outcomes.
Should have high ability in listening/understanding and grasping.
Should possess experience in handling client calls& good convincing skills
Should possess very strong aptitude & logical reasoning.
Should have strong leadership skills, Problem Solving, analytical and team handling abilities.
