Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Test Analyst with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IBM Maximo Asset Management and a background in Industrial Manufacturing is a plus. This hybrid role requires a dedicated professional to ensure the highest quality standards in our software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for IBM Maximo Asset Management applications.
• Identify document and track software defects to ensure resolution.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and design effective test strategies.
• Perform functional regression and performance testing to ensure software quality.
• Utilize automated testing tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders.
• Participate in requirement and design review meetings to provide input from a testing perspective.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.
• Mentor and guide junior testers to improve their skills and knowledge.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall quality.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in testing and IBM Maximo Asset Management.
• Contribute to the overall success of the project by ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  
  

Qualifications

• Possess a strong understanding of IBM Maximo Asset Management and its functionalities.
• Have experience in Industrial Manufacturing domain is a plus.
