Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Vault Platform and Vault PromoMats DAM. Experience in the Provider domain is a plus. This role involves developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that align with our companys goals and benefit our clients.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain software solutions using Vault Platform and Vault PromoMats DAM.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
Design and implement scalable and efficient code to meet project specifications.
Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle including planning development testing and deployment.
Ensure that all software solutions are secure and comply with industry standards.
Create and maintain technical documentation for reference and reporting purposes.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
Continuously improve development processes and methodologies to enhance productivity and quality.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the companys competitive edge.
Contribute to the companys mission by developing solutions that positively impact society.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of Vault Platform and Vault PromoMats DAM.
Have experience in the Provider domain which is a plus.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Show proficiency in coding languages relevant to the Vault Platform.
Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.
Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
Display the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
Maintain a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Show a strong understanding of software security principles.
Possess excellent documentation skills.
