Job Description
Responsible to perform microbiological analysis, like Sterility, BET, BET by Kinetic method, PMT, culture maintenance and Water analysis.
To review microbiological analysis data, laboratory instrument calibration records, validation protocols and reports, microbiological study report, and logbooks.
Responsible for water sampling and testing, Environment monitoring by Active and Passive air sampling, Contact plate, swab sampling.
To perform qualification and calibration of Instrument/equipment.
Responsible to ensure or perform sample, media destruction as per standard operating procedure.
Responsible to initiate change control, preparation & review of SOP.
To coordinate with vendor for calibration and validation of instruments as per the schedule
Responsible to take up additional responsibility allotted by reporting Manager and to fulfill the same.
