Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimize complex SQL Server databases, stored procedures, and queries.
- Design and develop reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) or DevExpress.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Create and maintain efficient database architectures, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability.
- Analyze existing SQL code and queries for optimization, ensuring database performance is at its peak.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in SQL Server, SSRS, and DevExpress reports.
- Work with other developers and teams to ensure successful integration of database solutions into applications.
- Stay updated on the latest database and reporting technologies, bringing innovative ideas to improve processes.
- Strong expertise in SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, functions, triggers).
- Proven experience in designing reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and/or DevExpress.
- Solid understanding of database performance tuning, query optimization, and indexing strategies.
- Ability to manage database security, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
- Experience working with ETL processes and data migration.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems like Git.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote work environment.
