The Specialist- Repair & Re-Fielding Center for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for performing the repair process of field returned instruments at RRC and ensuring high quality of RRC instruments through effective implementation of the Repair process. Involve in all RRC activities as per the guidelines by the Manager. Ensure to increase the productivity of RRC. Maintain the RRC center to align with QRA requirements.

This position is part of the Service department at our Repair and Re-fielding center in Chennai and will be onsite. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the RRC Team and report to the Manager-Re-fielding Services & Technical Training-SWA responsible for executing the RRC processes with strong technical abilities, and problem resolution abilities and handling the RRC functions effectively by delivering quality re-fielded instruments to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and a good company image. In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To

• Exercise independent judgment in RRC activities
• Enhance the skills to Repair, Troubleshoot, maintenance.
• Ability to mentor and provide peer assistance for RICO process to Juniors.
  
  

The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include

• Bachelors degree or above in Biomedical Engineering; Medical diagnostics background is preferred. BE / BTech / Diploma
• 3 years working experience in IVD Service function.
• Minimum 2 years experience in handling Installation, PM, and repair activities of Diagnostic instruments either in a repair center or in the field.
