Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional regression and integration testing on Veeva CRM applications.
- Validate workflows including approval chains, content publishing, and analytics tracking.
- Collaborate with business analysts and developers to translate requirements into test scenarios.
- Execute test cases and document results using tools like Azure Test Plans, JIRA or similar.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations (FDA, GxP) during testing cycles.
- Participate in UAT and support defect triage and resolution.
- Validate analytics implementations using tools like Charles Debugger, Fiddler, or browser developer tools.
- Experience in testing Veeva CRM modules (Veeva RIM, Vault, MedComms).
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows and B2B integrations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Proficiency in test automation tools Selenium, Cucumber, and scripting languages Java, Groovy.
- Knowledge of analytics validation and cross-browser/platform testing.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
