Position to be filled: Specialist / Manager – Legal

Job Description

The Manager - Legal will be responsible for managing the company's legal documentation, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Memorandum of Understanding , Definitive Agreements etc between SGEM and its Partners, Customers or Suppliers.

This role will focus on ensuring, through the legal documents, mitigating risks for the company in its partnerships, operations and interactions with external parties.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the legal framework in the automotive industry, especially with regard to intellectual property, confidentiality, and contractual obligations.

• Draft, review, and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements, Memorandum of Undersatndings, Definitive Agreements etc between SGEM and its Partners, Customers or Suppliers
• Seek inputs and advise from external counsels as required
• Negotiate with counter parties and convince them on our point of view
• Understanding of cross-border business and international law
• Provide legal advice to the management and relevant departments on issues related to legal documentation with external parties
  
  

Qualification:- LLB

Experience :- 8 yrs to 12 yrs

Age :- 30 yrs to 40 yrs

Location :- Faridabad

Competence /skills requirement:-

Strong business and commercial sense. Knowledge of and experience in business situations.

Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills as well as attention to details.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Quick learner, ability to apply learnings horizontally to other situations

Ability to assess risks and propose practical solutions.
