Job Purpose
Design, develop and maintain the Landscape as per international standards using latest tools, techniques, skills & knowledge, making judicious use of all resources in a cost effective manner to keep the landscaped areas green and presentable at all times.

Key Performance Indicators
Operation & Maintenance strategy and implementation:
World class maintenance of 300 acres Landscape at airport through proper planning and optimum utilization of resources;
Ensure reduction in AOP spend so as to minimize maintenance costs without compromising on quality parameters through regular monitoring.
Airport Service Quality scores for ambience;
Operational Expenses- Budget Vs. Actuals
Development of Landscape:
Develop new landscaped areas through In- house designing, proper scheduling and timely execution of landscape and irrigation system development works.
Ensure development works are within allocated budget through monitoring, optimum utilization of resources, cost rationalization.
Landscape areas developed;
Development Expenses- Planned Vs. Actual;
Completion time
Environment compliance:
Increase areas under green cover, ensure sufficient conversion of solid waste to manure, reduction in chemical fertilizer and pesticide usage,
Increase in Green cover;
Quantity of compost produced;
Quantity reduction in chemicals used.
Special projects/ Initiatives:
Drive improvement initiatives for resource optimization, cost reduction, quality improvement, water management;
Design development works for Landscape development to external clients.
Design development works for Landscape development at all GMR group companies

- Revenue Generation through Design Development Rs. 10-15 Lakhs
- Maintenance of 350 acres of Landscape at airport
- Leading team of 2-4 Landscape personnel
- Leading team of 200 contractors’ personnel for landscape.
- B. Sc. In Agriculture/ horticulture with specialization in horticulture/Landscape from a recognized institute Preferably Master’s degree in agriculture/horticulture.
- 15 Years of experience in Horticulture works
- 10 Years of experience in Landscape Maintenance and Development
