Job Summary

Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist where you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients. This is a work-from-home position with rotational shifts requiring proficiency in English.

  • Participate in training sessions to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless customer service operations.
  • Adapt to rotational shifts to meet the needs of our global customer base.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by ensuring a positive customer experience impacting customer loyalty and retention.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong communication skills in English both written and spoken.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in handling customer inquiries and order processing.
  • Exhibit a customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
  • Show ability to work independently in a work-from-home environment.
  • Display adaptability to rotational shifts to support global operations.
  • Have basic knowledge of order entry processes and customer service best practices.

Certifications Required

Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP)
