Job Description:
The role involves providing technical assistance to customers. You will interact with clients through various channels, including online and in-person meetings, live chats, and email communications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze client requirements and check platform feasibility.
* Deliver engaging product demos highlighting features and capabilities.
* Create proof-of-concept apps or prototypes tailored to client use cases.
* Assist in preparing technical proposals, solution documents, and scope-of-work estimates.
* Respond to RFPs/RFIs with technical accuracy and business relevance.
* Configure and customize applications based on customer workflows.
* Train customers on using the product effectively.
* Work closely with support and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
* Monitor client adoption and provide proactive support to ensure successful deployments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Preferably 1–3 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, business analysis, or application development.
* Strong knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Ability to work in Night shifts.
* Familiarity with any programming language and integration concepts (APIs, webhooks).
* Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
