We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our growing team. As a Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions for the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise-level software architectures, systems integration, and security protocols, along with a proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.

As a Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions for the real estate industry. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and customers, to translate complex business requirements into robust and scalable technical solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise-level software architectures, systems integration, and security protocols, along with a proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
Primary Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business problems and translate them into technical specifications and architecture designs.
- Review Product Requirement Documents to translate them into Technical Requirements and Specifications. Develop work breakdown structures to estimate work.
- Design and develop enterprise-level software solutions for the real estate industry, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
- Integrate various systems with internal and third-party software platforms such as Tibco, MuleSoft, or Salesforce.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and API specifications.
- Lead and participate in design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to software development teams.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices, evaluating their potential impact on our products and services.
- Ensure the security of our systems, including implementing authentication and authorization protocols.
- Support the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development and technology roles, with a strong focus on architecture design and implementation.
- Deep understanding of enterprise-level software architectures, including 3-tier architectures and microservices.
- Extensive experience with systems integration and loosely coupled architectures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of security protocols and best practices, including authentication and authorization mechanisms.
- Experience working across multiple teams in support of a single enterprise product.
