ABOUT THE ROLE

As the AI Full Stack Team Lead, you’ll drive the architecture and delivery of an AI-powered self-service data extraction platform that transforms how clients manage and validate complex financial documents. Leading a cross-functional team, you’ll shape the integration of GenAI, LLMs, and cloud technologies to build scalable, intelligent solutions. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of a modular, AI-driven data extraction platform;
  
• Make key decisions around system design, model orchestration, and integration of LLM and GenAI capabilities into production workflows;
  
• AI cross functional development across the complete AI projects life cycle;
  
• Architect and deploy AI/ML models for document understanding, text extraction, and validation workflows using Python and cloud-native tooling;
  
• Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of software engineers, AI developers, and data engineers;
  
• Foster a collaborative, delivery-focused engineering culture with strong attention to quality, maintainability, and innovation;
  
• Partner with product, business and operations teams to translate requirements into technical deliverables;
  
• Communicate technical concepts, timelines, and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  
• Drive alignment between client needs, product roadmap, and technical execution;
  
• Evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and LLM orchestration tools;
  
• Drive experimentation with GenAI capabilities to enhance automation, explainability, and user experience.
  

MUST HAVES

• 7+ years of experience in software development;
  
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or a related field;
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team;
  
• Have led project teams in the past under extremely fast-paced development;
  
• Ability to manage and communicate effectively with stakeholders;
  
• Proactive communication with objective approach towards project deliverables;
  
• Experience in finding patterns in data and creating statistical models, data exploration, data visualization, and data mining;
  
• Experience in developing AI and ML solutions and delivering them to production;
  
• Very good hands-on working experience in Python and NLP;
  
• Prior experience or projects in LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, and Agentic AI is a plus;
  
• Familiarity with text processing;
  
• Understanding of good software development practices: Test-Driven Development (TDD), refactoring, pair-programming, solid design;
  
• Self-motivated, proactive, and demonstrating an exceptional drive towards delivery;
  
• Experience with cloud-based solutions, especially on Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP);
  
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment;
  
• Upper-intermediate English level.
