- Responsible for R&D at NCR Payments Processing Clearing and settlement
- Implementing Agile methodology
- Responsible for application software development, maintenance, troubleshooting and support to ensure the smooth operation of transaction processing
- Develop new programs to help in the settlement system by following the software development life cycle method
- Collaborate with business to collect and analyze the requirements of any changes or new enhancements prior to finalizing the requirements document
- Lead team to analyse transaction qualification issues identified by stakeholders and provide solutions to solve the issues
