• Responsible for R&D at NCR Payments Processing Clearing and settlement
• Implementing Agile methodology
• Responsible for application software development, maintenance, troubleshooting and support to ensure the smooth operation of transaction processing
• Develop new programs to help in the settlement system by following the software development life cycle method
• Collaborate with business to collect and analyze the requirements of any changes or new enhancements prior to finalizing the requirements document
• Lead team to analyse transaction qualification issues identified by stakeholders and provide solutions to solve the issues
