About The Job
We are hiring a Full Stack Developer with 5–8 years of experience to develop and maintain analytics and reporting applications. The ideal candidate should have experience working with Python (Flask), Go, and modern reporting platforms. Familiarity with Azure and relational databases is essential.
About The Responsibilities
- Design and develop APIs and backend services using Python (Flask), React.js and Go
- Build and enhance reporting dashboards using Superset or Power BI
- Integrate backend services with MySQL/PostgreSQL and analytical systems
- Collaborate with the DevOps and data engineering teams to ensure smooth deployment and performance
- Write clean, testable, and scalable code for both backend and data access layers
- Work with Kafka-based pipelines and participate in CDC and streaming workflows
- 5–8 years of full-stack or backend development experience
- Strong knowledge of Python (Flask) and Go
- Experience with data visualization/reporting tools: Apache Superset or Power BI
- Experience with Azure cloud services
- Hands-on with relational databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL
- Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker, Kubernetes
- Understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Understanding of A&A and RBAC.
- Experience with Kafka, Debezium, or Trino
- Experience working in data analytics platforms
- Familiarity with Airflow, CDC pipelines, and data lake concepts
