Software Engineer I (Frontend)

We are seeking a passionate Front-End Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with senior engineers, designers, and product managers to build intuitive, high-performance, and scalable web applications. You'll primarily use React.js and Redux to deliver seamless user experiences, while learning best practices in frontend development, code quality, and modern software engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.js and Redux.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate UI/UX wireframes into high-quality code.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable components with attention to performance and scalability.
• Assist in integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints with frontend applications.
• Debug, test, and fix issues across browsers and devices to ensure a consistent experience.
• Participate in code reviews to learn and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Work with build tools and modern development workflows (Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn).
• Continuously learn new technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to grow as a front-end engineer.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 1–2 years of experience in front-end development (excluding internships, projects, or coursework included).
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Knowledge of React.js fundamentals (hooks, state, props, lifecycle methods).
• Familiarity with Redux for state management.
• Understanding of version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
• Good problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with TypeScript in React projects.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Familiarity with UI libraries (Ant Design, Material-UI, Tailwind).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Basic understanding of performance optimization techniques.
