GrowExx is seeking a highly analytical Software Engineer – QA, to ensure the quality and reliability of our applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in automated and manual testing, working with frameworks like Cypress, nUnit, and TestRail to validate software functionality.
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans for software applications
- Perform automated and manual testing using Cypress, nUnit, and TestRail
- Identify, document, and report software defects
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve software quality
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, including healthcare regulations
- Utilize project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Office 365
- Strong knowledge of Cypress, nUnit, TestRail
- Experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
- B.Tech or B.E. or MCA or BCA
- 3+ years of experience in software testing
- Must have good logical reasoning and analytical skills
- Ability to break big goals to small incremental actions
- Excellent Communication and collaboration skills
- Demonstrate Ownership and Accountability of their work
- Great attention to details
- Self-Criticizing
- Demonstrate ownership of tasks
- Positive and Cheerful outlook in life
