Responsibilities

• Develop features with focus on quality, usability & performance
• Participate in livesite operations with emphasis on timely response, delivery & satisfaction for stakeholders
• Collaborate across internal & external stakeholders providing leadership and mentoring
  
  

Qualifications

Must-haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Advanced Sciences or equivalent alternative education, skills and/or practical experience
• 3+ years of professional software development experience with 1+ years in building cloud-based SaaS applications
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong technical skills including understanding object-oriented programming & design, algorithms, database concepts & performance
• Demonstrable coding, debugging, design, testing and problem-solving skills
  
  

Nice-to-haves

• Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or other enterprise resource and planning (ERP) software experience
• Knowledge of microservices principles
• X++/C#/Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL experience.
• Familiarity with AI agents or copilots that assist in task automation or decision support.
• Ability to work with structured and unstructured data for AI readiness
• Exposure of working with tools or interfaces where AI augments human decision making. (Eg. Summarization, task routing, suggestions)
